Arrival Story:
We were set to have another boxer pup, after the death of our old boxer dog Brynn. Some local folks had a boxer bitch, and were going to mate her to a local stud dog. Unfortunately, the wife was rushed into hospital when her baby came prematurely. In the meantime, the next door neighbours GSD managed to get into the garden where the boxer bitch was loose. Owners, oblivious to the liason, duly mated her to the boxer male a few days later....but the deed was done! When the pups were born, they came as a bit of a shock:) The neighbour admitted that his dog had escaped, but he wasn't aware that the bitch was in season at the time. So, we were informed that the pups were crossbreeds, and the owner apologised. A few weeks later, we spoke to the owner, who said that he'd found homes for all the 'boxer-ish looking pups' but was left with the 'runty looking cross'. I fell in love with the 'runty looking cross' and my father agreed to have him.

Bio:
Brandy unfortunately displayed many of the worst traits from both breeds. He had the sometimes fiery temper of the GSD, with the pugnacious determination of the boxer, but to his family, he was the most loving of dogs. Utterly trustworthy, fiercely protective, and desperately loyal -I couldn't have loved him more!
