Arrival Story:
In May of 2006 we took Princessa & Bonita to have their nails clipped and the owner of the grooming shop (she is associated with the DFW Pug Rescue Club) said she knows that I take very good care of my "Girls" and asked if me if I would like to have another Pug "Girl". She told me that a lady came in that morning with a black Pug who she couldn't take care of anymore as she had 20 other dogs to take care. I asked to see the her (the Pug) and she was brought out so my husband & I could see her. She was on the skinny side and looked like she lacked a lot of love and care. I immediately said we would take her and then asked what her name was and was told that her name was Olive, but since she was to start a new life with us and I wanted her to have a new name!!!!!!!!! So she became our Daisy and we haven't regreted it once. Of course, she is now fat and sassy!!!!!!!! On June 29, 1010 Our Black Beauty went to the Rainbow Bridge. She was in my arms at 3 AM when God took her to be with her sister Bonita. She had been diagnosed with Diabetes in late Feb. 2010 and also had Pancreatis.
