For my birtday one year my husband surprised me by taking me to the Humane Society to adopt a dog. We were hoping for a Yorkie, because I had one growing up, but all they had were big dogs. Although they were nice dogs, we weren't allowed big dogs because of association rules. Not wanting to disapoint me, my husband remember this pet store by our house.
We went in and there were so many puppies. I didn't even get a chance to look at the Yorkies, because I started to rub the belly of this little Maletese and he won me over. My husband said he knew by the look on my face that we were not leaving without him.
So that is the story of how Max became a member of our family.

Hey FurFriends!
As you all know, Casper is in desperate need of another heart surgery. He needs our help to get it. Without it, he will not have much longer with his family.
We are still about $2000 away from making his goal of $3500. The hospital will not even schedule his surgery until they have all of the money!!

I feel so LUCKY! Thanks to Dogster! I met my sweet Wife Tink and it was LOVE at first sight! We will be celebrating our 1 year Anniversary in May! WOOHOO!!!
I am such a LUCKY Doggie to have so many SWEET FurFriends! You are all so KIND and THOUGHTFUL...it makes my heart so happy to be your Furfriend. You are always there with a Smile and a Giggle to make everyday SPECIAL!
