Arrival Story:
When we went to see her, she was the calmest of the 8 puppies at the breeder's house. When another puppy jumped at her to play, she fell backwards and knocked her head into the coffee table...we knew she must be ours! Turns out, she was so calm because she was born with a liver shunt and thousands of dollars, many tests, and a surgery later, she's a regular crazy puppy! We wouldn't have her any other way!
Bio:
At 4 months, she was diagnosed with a portosystemic liver shunt. At 5 months, she had surgery to correct the shunt and has never been better!
