Fred has very tiny legs and enjoys short walks no more then one block. He loves to lay in the grass.

He doesn't really have any tricks but he loves lying in peoples laps and being petted.

Arrival Story:
Fred belonged to my boyfriends brother who terribly neglected him. My boyfriend went to visit his brother and saw what terrible condition he was in and took him away and brought him home so we could rehabilitate Fred and find him a kind and loving home. Fred is no longer up for adoption. We have decided to keep Fred. The house is a little cramped but he is worth it!!
