Vet Visit

Well I had to go to the vet on Monday and it wasn't a pleasant visit for me anyway. I get very nervous when I go there and all my hair starts to fall out all over the place. I really didn't want to go but Mom keep saying that ear isn't getting any better to Dad, so off we went. I had something stuck up my butt, I had something long stuck and twisting in my ear, but then the doctor let me smell it so that was ok. Then it turns out that I have a yeast infection in my ear. And I have to get more medicine put in my ear everyday now for a week or longer. Then Mom starts talking about my bark again, I swear there is nothing wrong with my bark, I bark all day long. Mom says that's my problem I bark to much, the Doc says that my vocal cords are a little scarred but that they should be ok. Mom says I should be more quite but I'm a dog. Maybe I'll stop for her. We'll see......

Happy New Year

Well hear we are in a new year. How is everyone? Let me just tell you my New Years Eve wasn't very good. The neighbor's up the street decided that they were going to shoot off fireworks and I DO NOT like those at all. I was running up and down stairs all night. Finally Mom laid on the floor with me and Dad had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise. It worked for a little bit. Then it finally stopped and I stopped shaking too. So I'm looking forward to a great new year with all my furends on Dogster.

Christmas

Well it's the day after Christmas, and boy I'm still tired. I got soooo many toys and treats. Our house was so busy yesterday with people in and out all day long. I know Mom was tired. But I was very happy with all my pressies that I got, there is a big pile on the floor with all my new babies. I just don't know what one to play with, there is so many to choose from. Grampy left today to go back to AZ, but he'll be back in a few weeks to play with me again, so I'm excited about that too. It's like getting another treat again. He surprised Mom for Christmas, he wasn't suppose to come till Jan. she was very happy to see him. Ok well I need to play with my toys so more till next time.

Santa Visit/Cookie Making

Went to see Santa this weekend and boy was that exciting, there was alot of dogs to see Santa. I told him everything that I wanted and that I've been a good boy all year. So now all I need to do is just wait like Mom says. And then when we came home it was time to make the cookies with Mom and Dad and it took all weekend. I guess it wasn't to bad sometimes, every once in a while when Mom wasn't looking Dad would give a little piece. At one point he let me sit next to him so I could watch, Mom wasn't to happy about that though and I had to get down. I think they made enough for the whole block, but now they are done and they can spend time with me.

Christmas Time

Well it's only a few more weeks till christmas and I've been searching the whole house and I haven't sniffed out any of my pressies yet. I don't think Mom and Dad went and bought any yet. i really don't know what they are waiting for. I'm getting very excited though, cause I know that I'm going to get alot of stuff cause i know that I'm very spoiled at least that's what I hear them say all the time. I know Grandmom will get me the good treats the stuff that Mom never buys me. My other Grandmom Judie just moved back from AZ right before Thanksgiving I know I mentioned about this before her and Grampy moved out there last year, well she just came back, Grampy is still there and we are working on geting him to come back now. He is suppose to visit for the Holidays and I'm going to lay on him and give him lots of kisses that he isn't going to want to leave me, I think that might work cause my kisses can be very good, sometimes when I kiss your face I can get my tongue right up your nose, Mom doesn't like it, neither does Aunt Allison but they still want more kisses. I'm just such a lover boy. Well anyway everyone have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Halloween Camping

The last 3 weekends were Halloween camping and we have 2 more to go, but I have to say that I think that I have had enough and am asking Mom and Dad to leave me home these last weekends. Last weekend really took the cake for me, let me tell you, we were a little closer to Rally Field this time so we could hear everything!!!! So they have a DJ with loud music that sometimes I don't like and then they have the Haunted Haw Ride with all those scary noises that I defintely don't like and the fire cracker noises. Let me just tell you I was a nervous wreck the whole time last week and I pretty much got on Mom's nervous cause I shook the whole time I sat on her lap. But you know she still loves me to death. She wrapped me in a blanket to keep me warm and safe until we went to bed. So I think that is going to be it for me for the Season until next April when we start all over again with a new adventure for the year of 08'

Fall Camping

Well we just got back from our 1st of 5 weekends of Fall camping, and it was very nice the weather was great, we got there on Thursday night we got there late, had some delays so we had to set up in the dark, Mom and Dad said well there's always a first time for everything. We used the headlights on the truck, it didn't seem to be to bad. But what do I know. Everything is set up for Halloween and they had the Haunted Hay ride and corn maze, we didn't do it yet, but we will. And of course I got something stuck in my back paw and Mom was worried, she thought I cut myself, but she thinks it might have been gum or something, so we had to go into the bathroom and they had my back paw under the warm water for a long time, I think Dad was getting tired of holding me, but they got most of it out. So next weerk I will have to be more careful or atleast Mom will be, if I know my Mom. We are going to be doing our Christmas pictures this month while we are down there too, so that should be fun.

Football Game

Yesterday was the first season football game, and we went to my Aunt and Uncle's house to watch the game. I get very excited when everyone cheers and I run and jump at the TV and bark alot. Well I've lost my bark. My Mom says I sound very hoarse...and she thinks that it's getting worse and I keep hearing her tell Dad that she is going to call the vet, so I think that I better cool it with the barking for a while, but our team lost the big game yesterday, The Philadelphia Eagles. Better luck next time!!!!!

Yard Time

Today was a very good day for me, I love being in my yard when it's a beautiful day out, and today it was beautiful!!!! My Mom and Dad had a lot of yard work that needed to be done so I got to play out side all day. I ran up and down the fence with Douglas the doggie next door, he is still a puppy and sometimes he can be a pain. But I will play with him sometimes. Most times I like to be up front to watch people go by and motorcycles too. My Dad got the hose out to clean out the truck and I go nuts for the hose I was jumping all around trying to catch the water, finally Dad just soaked me and it was great, then I went and rolled all in the dirt and the grass and then Mom was coming after me. But it was a great day, I think we will be out there again tomorrow too. I know I will sleep good tonight. I think Mom and Dad will too.

Camping with Grampy

Well we are back from our camping weekend with grampy and boy did I have fun with him. He cooked hot dogs over the fire and he would share them with me. We went for many walks. He will be leaving on Tuesday to go back to AZ. I sure will miss him a lot.
