Diary of the Day Pick

Today Mom goes on the computer while we are still on vacation and BAM...all these emails and one special email from Dogster that I was picked for Diary of the Day...Yay!!! Can you guys believe it, and on top of it, I was picked with two of my good pals Wrinkles, Whitley. We are 3 lucky pups today!!! So 3 Cheers to us!!! I want to thank everyone for the rosettes and the messages about my Diary pick, and I'm having a great time on vaction.

vacation over

well I've been home for a few days...and I've told Mom to get on here to let my pals know that I've been home and that we've had such a great time. But she has been busy with getting stuff done at home and this thing called "going back to work". She also says she promises me that she will get my pictures up real soon too, cause I've told her that my pals want to see them.

We are also saddened by the loss of our dear pup pal Hanna Banana she went to the Bridge on Sunday, we want to send huge hugs and kisses to the Miller pack and Mom and Dad we love you!!

Tales of my vacation

Mom has posted some pics of me and my pal Shelby from vacation, it sure was a fun week up there, usually I get naps at home during the day, I got none that week cause I was on the go all day, I got so many walks every where and smelled so many things it was great, and I got to run in the field everyday too off LEASH, Mom let's me do that all the time, that is so much fun. I go so fast. We went down to the lake, where dogs were allowed to swim in the lake, I did not go swimming cause I'm not a water dog but I liked to watch and BARK and BARK at the other dogs, of course that didn't last long...BOL Dad and friend Danny took me and Shelby for a car ride into town the one day, that was fun too, Mom stayed back at the pool. And the nights by the fire were nice too, I got some good treats too, Mom doesn't know that, cause I got them from Dad and there friends.

yes, when I want to get under the covers...and she does not like it either.

Candle Lighting on July 31st

Last night me and Mom lit candles for our pals at the bridge and our pals still here battling the disease, Mom posted a few pictures.

Vet

well I just got back from the vet tonight, Mom is broke again, but I'm good, I got 2 needles for my shots. She gave them a poop and urine sample, she wants to make sure my kidneys are still ok after my Senior Wellness Check from before.. and they will call us with results. And she put me on this new heartworm and flea meds it's all in one pill, called Sentinel, Mom got a coupon in the mall for a trial pack, well when the 6mon is up it's going to cost a small fortune without a coupon...BOL

Results are Back :-(

Hey pups..
well you know that I went to the vet on Monday for some shots and Mom gave them an urine sample, well the vet finally called last night to give the results...they had to talk to Dad cause Mom gets to nervous, turns out...blood in urine, urinary tract infection and high protein again. We knew about the protein cause of last time. So now I'm on antibotics for 2 wks and we are praying that it clears up cause if not they want me to have an x-ray of my bladder and make sure I don't have bladder stones, and if I do the vet says I might need surgery. And on top of ALL of this I did something to my back leg and I'm limping very badly, I'm actually walking on only 3 legs now. I'm not crying or wimping about my leg and mom and Dad have been looking at it, so when Mom went to get my meds this morning she told the vet about my leg and got some antiflamtory meds and we will see over the weekend. Vet thinks I might have twisted paw or knee, Mom is hoping it's not my knee...Mom's eyes have been leaking all morning everytime she looks at me. Sorry to paw this down, there is just so much sadness lately,

getting around

I wanted to Thank all of my pals so very much for all of the POTP wishes and rosettes this past week they sure have helped and comforted me and Mom so much.
Well I'm done taking the antiflammory meds and I can put some weight on my back paw, but Mom says I'm still not right, she stays that the paw isn't flat on the ground like my right paw, and sometimes I will still hop on 3 legs. She still thinks that I pulled or twisted something. I'm still taking antibotics for my kidney issue for another week and then I have to retest my urine for that and Mom will have my paw looked at, she says that I don't look like I'm in no discomfort. She of course has a very close eye on me..BOL...Again THANK YOU!!!

I got Mail

Yesterday was a dreary day, and Mom went to the door cause she heard a knock and there was a box on the step that had my name on it. She was calling me to come see what it was. She put it down on the floor and I went to town sniffing that box, she went and got something to open it up, and boy when she opened it, it was like Christmas for me!! There was all kinds of good stuff in there, treats, magnets, waterbowl and lots of babies for me! Oh yeah and a beautiful handmade bookmarker for mom,Dad and handmade magnet for me, with all our names of them. Mom was so excited, I think more than me...So guess who from???
