well I have lost my Dogster plus for a month now
At least we can still hear from ya! Sorry to hear this Petey. Keep calling or send them a direct written message.I miss it too!..huggs! Too weird. Can't figure out what Say Media is trying to do around here. Hmmm, would think they would be really into collectin' the Plus $. Not sure what's goin' on with the SayMedia bein' involved now. My Plus renewal is comin' up soon too. I know I thought the same thing about them wanting to collect some money, and you know Pepper, they don't give you warning that it time to renew they just turn it off and send an email that it's off and to renew. I will keep trying pals, thanks!! Cwap. Dis r nod gud, Petey :( I hope it gets fixded soon! I know Z-pup...keeping paws crossed that it gets fixed fast. OMD! Petey what a pain in the hiney....We've had multiple issues and a response what very hard to come by....... Keep trying... Lots of Hugs and Kisses, mazy It sure is Mazy, I will keep trying, Thanks I'm very suspicious that birds are now running Dogster. There have been several times when I have had problems posting my dairy. I think some humans had better start getting rid of the birds before all us dogs get fed up and quit bothering with dogster which would be a shame because I really like dogster! OMD, that is a a bad thing, Petey. I sure hope that gets fixed soon. Let me at them birds...I'll take care of 'em. BOL!! I agree, Say Media certainly is not the old Dogster team!!!! We still have days where we can't get on or the posts are so slow, mom gets upset and heads for the Book of Faces. We to love Dogster and the wonderful friends that we have made so we say to Say Media, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! Things are going a bit wired ever since Dogster got adopted by the new owner... Guess what? Petey, I've got my renewal automatically processed without any letter or e-mail notificatio. I just realized that I've got 'auto-renewed' when I receive my bill! It seems the new owner is still trying to learn his/her rope. Petey, we lost our for a couple weeks too, hated it but mom finally went thru pay pal and did it. If you dont have a pay pal account it's easy to set up and you can pay with credit card that way. Why dont you try that? Woof Woof, Buddy DFB, I hear ya about those birds, and we need to fix that, looks like Jiffy is ready to get the birds too, Harley Davidson, Mom is they same way and goes to the Book of Faces too, but like everyone else we love Dogster. Milo, we never get a bill in the mail but I wonder how you got on the auto-matic renewal...cause Mom would love that.Buddy, Mom doesn't like to put her credit card numbers in the computer on somethings, but she might have to now...:-( Oh oh oh... that sucks, Petey! We were on auto renewal until they started charging us twice times. Not fun... we got the refund back on the second charge, but it happened year after year. So now we're not on auto renewal. I hope they get you fixed up soon... :/ @Ella, I thought I saw somewhere on the account page about the auto-renewal now I can't seem to find where it was, this is getting to be a real pain in the butt!!! Hope thing's get better for you Petey! We have auto renew and it went ok just last month on the 22nd. Hang in there! Hang in there.. and SCREAM loudly at $%^&*() Media Dat stinks Petey. :( Dat stinks Petey. :( Hope you can get it fixed! Sure hope that you will be able to get this fixed soon...what a pain...maybe they need some doggy bites you know where...from us JRT's...we are good at that you know, BOL! Woofs! Hey Petey!!
