Arrival Story:
After my mom had a stroke I had to go to work for her so she could still have some income. On the way back from work one day I stopped at Petsmart. I walked to the back of the store and they had one little JRT girl jumping around in her cage. She was being looked at by a mother and daughter, but thankfully they decided not to adopt her. I had put in an application for a JRT a few years ago but adopted another pup before the JRT completed her treatment for mange. The pup was rehomed due to my financial state but now I was ready for another dog. Murphy was getting up there in years and had no interest in being my running partner anymore. I adopted the adorable, spry, "Hannah". I named her Roxy after my favorite swimwear brand (haha) and took her home!

Bio:
I have done some agility with Roxy, but after a bad jump she tore up her knees and has since just become the princess of the couch.

My dearest Roxy, you have been such a good doggie to me, even on my lazy days! I love cuddling in bed with you so we can watch re-runs of all of our favorite shows. As you grow older, it truly shows me how much you went through before I adopted you, and I'm sure your puppies are doing well, even if you were taken from them too soon. You have me to take care of now! I hope as I grow older as well, that I, like you, will stay young at heart.
