Around our neighborhood, where he stops and smells everything. And lies down on grass to rest!

He sits and goes down for treats. Wow!

Arrival Story:
Zooey and I were "roommates" first, when I lived with his first mom and learned how much I enjoyed being around a dog. When Zooey's humans had a baby, Zooey had trouble adjusting. They were really worried about him and also realized that they no longer felt they had the time he deserved...so, he came to live with me and it has been true love ever since. Our 3 year anniversary is November 26th, and his other parents are like family to me, too.

Bio:
After coming together, Zooey and I started volunteering together for Caring Canines Visiting Therapy Dogs, with his former mom's blessing. He loves to jump on hospital beds and request belly rubs from anyone who is willing to give him one. And it is amazing how 10 minutes of Zooey can make someone's pain go away for a moment. And he gets to come home with me...I am so lucky.
