Apparently this farm also bred dogs and she ended up falling in love with Buddy and bought him right there. She didn't do her homework on coonhounds and when she got him home, she realized she just couldn't take care of him because she was too busy with her kids. She called me as she knew that I had lost my beloved 12 yr. old Rhodesian Ridgeback to cancer 6 months earlier. After about a week of thinking about it, I decided it was time for another dog in the family and I said YES! It was the best decision I could have made. Although my township doesn't think so - I even have the noise citation to prove it!
