Arrival Story:
Josh was our first rescue and 2 days overdue to be put to sleep. Since he was so sick with pneumonia, it's a wonder we made it in time. Took six weeks to recover before the heartworm treatmentws could begin. He was one grateful old man. He lost his best friend (Lucy) in April of 2004 and layed on her grave every day until he died Oct. 22.
