We don't know exactly how he ended up there. All we were told was that he was picked up by animal control. But we have a feeling he may have been locked outside and not taken care of. He was sickly skinny and he was flea ridden. Now he is plump and clean! Bio: His name was Bagel. Bailey is a very hyper dog. He has to have tough toys cause he destroys all his toys.
