I'm four today!

Today is my fourth birthday, and I've been with my new family almost a whole year! I never knew how great it was to be loved! I get scratched and petted all the time, and even though I'm not little like the other dogs in my family, I manage to get in lots of lap time. Well, only my head fits on mom and dad's lap, but that's okay. I'm the luckiest, happiest greyhound around!

Bathtime

Well I had my first bath in my new home last night. Mom said I wasn't smelling too good, but I smell just fine to me. Anyway, she filled up the tub and pushed me in. I wasn't too happy about it at first but then she started scratching me all over and boy does that feel good!! When I got out of the tub mom rubbed me down real good with a towel and that felt real nice, too. By then I was all excited and ran back and forth inside the house until I dried off. Maybe bathtime isn't so bad after all. . .
