Arrival Story:
We had seen her in our apartment complex, but because we couldn't have a dog over 20lbs, we didn't immediately take her in. We were moving shortly, and planned to take her when we moved. When I came home one day, it was raining, and after I'd been home for about 5 minutes, it really started to pour. My husband looked at me and said, 'The puppy!' I smiled and he went out to find her. I watched from the window as he walked around the parking lot, whistling. Then he walked up to my car, and out she crawled from underneath. Once we got her in the house, we introduced her to my cat, Phantom. As long as that was ok, we'd keep her. When Phantom smacked her in the nose, she just backed up, and turned to my husband for attention instead. So, to work we went for bowls, and collar and leash and food and a badly needed bath!
Bio:
Bon learns very fast, but she is still a psycho dog! I don't think she'll ever get out of adolescence! But she is good with dogs and puppies, cat, and children, and I believe she's a good watch dog as well. I feel safe when I have her with me.
