anything that crackles. she loves crumbled up paper. she chases it around for awhile and then proceeds to rip it into little pieces and spread it all over the livingroom.

Favorite Nap Spot:
on a plastic storage container next to my computer chair, the back of the couch, under the bed, on the floor with her head propped on my shoes.

Favorite Food:
she'll eat just about anything, but she's particularly fond of the water from a can of tuna, Whiskas pouched wet food (as long as it's fish flavoured), popcorn, and french fries. she likes people food.

Arrival Story:
I was lonely in the one bedroom apartment that I lived in by myself when I was in college so I decided that I needed a furry companion. I went to the local Humane Society with a friend and looked at the kittens but none of them really grabbed my attention (other than the ones that were already claimed). So I went into the adult cat area and Daphne (known as Charmin at the time - who names a cat after toilet paper anyway?) was snoozing peacefully in her cage. I opened it and picked her up and she immediately fell asleep in my arms. I thought, "what a sweetheart. this is my cat." come to find out, she had a raging ear infection so her sweetness was due to her feeling ill. she turned into a raging psycho a couple of weeks after I got her home. she's still my baby, but she's a spaz and a half.
