Birthday: February 20th 2007 Likes: treats! her sister, Taeko. stuffed cow hooves. eating dirt (!) anything she can put in her mouth. going to school. Pet-Peeves: groomers and vets. she hates wearing things, like the scarf the groomer put on her. she also hates when her sister dog wears a scarf, and spends all her time trying to get it off of her. Bella is hates being awakened and will groan loudly! Favorite Toy: anything squeaky. dirt. anything stuffed. super balls. chew things. Favorite Food: whatever she can swallow. she even loves fruits like pineapple and banana. her favourite is probably whipped cream from the can! Favorite Walk: anywhere! she loves to walk and go in the car. Best Tricks: she can open the door from outside, letting herself in and the cat out. she takes her sister, taeko, for a walk, holding taeko's leash in her mouth while taeko just follows along. Arrival Story: Bella came from a breeder. She was born on a horse farm. I got her when she was 9 weeks old. The day I brought her home she was quite shy, and a little car sick from the 3 hour ride. It only took her two days before she had seen enough to take over the household. Her older sister, Taeko, is a herding dog. She spent the first few days herding the puppy around the yard. On the third day Bella let her know that was not going to happen anymore! She has been in charge ever since. Now she towers over Taeko, but still looks up to her. The two of them are virtually inseparable. Bio: There is always a smile on Bella's face! She's a happy puppy and we're happy she's with us! Taeko, her "sister" is lost without her whenever Bella goes somewhere she can't. Bella can't stand to be without Taeko, either. If somebody takes Taeko in the car without Bella, she barks and cries. They are definitely a team. Rocket, the cat, is another good friend. They sleep together and play together. Sometimes Rocket takes over the crate, though, and Bella doesn't like that. She leaves him there and lies on the outside groaning and sighing at him. She really does not like her sleep routine interrupted, especially by a cat! Forums Motto: I'm an airedale. Bella has a "sister", Taeko, a new "sister", Jamie, and three cat friends. She is great friends with the one of the cats, and would be with the others if they would let her. Taeko is her best buddy.
All toys and chew bones belong to Bella, no matter who they were given to by the humans. Bella decides who gets to have them and when. Nobody is allowed to play with her toys without permission.
Bella is like a teacher's pet. If any dog or cat does anything she knows is not allowed she steps in and scold barks for me, then she turns and looks at me as if to say, "isn't that right?!"
