Depressed ! :(

Dear Diary,

I am soooo sad. I haven't seen my daddy in ...... forever!!!! Mommy told me that he had to go away for work, but usually he comes home before its dark outside. Its been so long since I've seen him. Don't get me wrong I love my Mommy but I miss my Daddy!!!! Mommy still takes me for walks and plays with me, but she doesn't like to wrassle with me. She says I am too rough and she is just a little fragile thing too. I did try to "pants" her in the hall the other day too and she wasn't really too impressed. Mind you, one good thing is, I do like the fact that I get extra cuddles while Daddy is away. Usually Mommy has to share cuddle time between both Daddy & I. But I get "super cuddles" now!
Oooooh I gonna go play in the park with my buddy Elway tomorrow! I haven't seen him in ages.

Whasssup

Dear Diary,

Sorry I have not written in a while. I have been really busy. I had to go to the vet to get tests and take medicine cause I was feeling a little under the weather. I had a urinary tract infection (yuck!) and bad eye goopies. But I am much better now. Not much new really.
I'm still going to work with Mommy, but I am playing once a week with my new Boxer friend, Lennox. He is a bit older than me . He only has one eye, because a mean puppy fought him and took out his eye :( Lennox said it was really scary. I sure hope that never happens to me. Lenny is really fun and super cute. Sometimes he can't see well tho and runs into Mommy and knocks her over on her butt. Not Lenny's fault tho, cause usually Mommy is busy talking and not watching very good.
LOL - I "pants" Daddy too on his birthday. I loved doing that!!! We were walking down the hallway in the apartment. Daddy was so unsuspecting.... so I just jumped up onto the back of his legs and pulled his pants down. Mommy couldn't stop laughing. She was in hysterics. Daddy was standing in the hall holding me on my leash with his pants down to his knees, wearing only his underroos!!! Mommy snuck me a treat after that! I've tried since then, but Daddy wears belts now :(
Mommy told me yesterday that Daddy is leaving today. She said he has to go away for 2 weeks for work. I am sad cause I will miss my Pops. But I have to be brave because I have to look after Mommy and she is a hand full!
Well thats all for now. I'm gonna see if I can convince Mommy to take me for an early walk. Bye.

Poem I found

Dear Diary,

I found this poem today on the computer when Mommy stepped away from her desk. I wanted to write it down, because it is so true.

I sneeze and snort with my boxer nose,
my snot is dripping like a water hose,
Watch Mommy squirm as I kiss her neck,
she usually likes this - what the heck?
She tells me its allergy this time of year
while washing a window I designed with my smear,
Can't wait until winter when my nose is dry
and Mommy won't get wet when in her face I sigh,
But Mommy doesn't know the secret I keep,
I still share her pillow while she is asleep.


I hope she never finds out that I share her pillow because I love being near my parents while they sleep. Even tho I like to snuggle, I sure hope their buying the King size bed soon cause it is getting a little squishy:)
