Arrival Story:
We got Toby from a Shih Tzu Resue Group in Pa. He is 6yrs old and a wonderful dog. I had a Shih Tzu yrs ago and wanted another one. I have been looking at other shelters in the area but haven't found one. A friend told us about Pa Shih Tzu rescue. We put in our application and in a few weeks they emailed us and said they found the right dog for us. We met them and things have gone great.
