Birthday: April 14th 2001 Arrival Story: We got Toby from a Shih Tzu Resue Group in Pa. He is 6yrs old and a wonderful dog. I had a Shih Tzu yrs ago and wanted another one. I have been looking at other shelters in the area but haven't found one. A friend told us about Pa Shih Tzu rescue.
