Arrival Story:
Tasha is a loving, sweet female Shepherd/Rottie mix. She is 4 1/2 years young and she is going to make someone a dream dog because of her sweet gentle personality. Tasha's owners were evicted from their home and left her behind. A very nice couple took her into their care and have contacted rescue for help in finding her the perfect home. She has been to obedience training and is extremely well behaved on a leash and in the house. Tasha's obedience training includes a free life time of refresher courses and will be transferred to her new owners. Her training kennel is in Goshen, CT. She is great with children and other animals. While at the doggie park she romped around and really made a ton of friends. She behaves on car rides and is loyal to her people. Tasha has been diagnosed with food allergies and does need to have regular medicated shampoo baths as well as eat a high quality food. When you look into Tasha's golden eyes you can see that she has so much love to give. Tasha is looking for a home where she can run and play and will be part of the family.
