9th Birthday

Yesterday (Aussie time) was my 9th birthday. Mommy and poppy haven't had a chance to go to Petstock yet for my Kong Tennis balls but I did get 2 Aussie made kangaroo treat sticks to myself. I had los of kisses, cuddles and belly rubs like we do everyday, mommy's boyfriend was here and gave me lots of rubs and cuddles. I'm not slowing down much and next nice day (been over 40c or 100f here)I'm going for a long walk with mommy. Thanks for birthday wishes and gifts :)

Help please

Ruby's mom here I need help on how to deal with grandma's dog Midget she wn't listen and is being a nightmare to live with. She's tried getting out, she tried going our other dogs, she's tried biting me, dad and the vet. Yesterday she tried going Cooper and me for no reason. I've tried yelling at her, spraying her with cold water (doesn't work she still carries on even if you keep spraying her), puting her in time out, yesterday I pinned her down lightly after she tried going Cooper a couple of times. She won't listen to dad, we took her and Little Keg in after grandma had to go in to a nursing home (she needs 24/7 care) about 2months ago it's not separation anxiety because she does it when grandma visits. I've gotten sore throats from yelling at her, it's gotten to the point I threw my hairbrush against the wall because I was so angry at Midget. It's now at the point I'm ready to smack her and put a muzzle on her. I've joked about selling her but at times it's crossed my mind. All I want is for her to behave, she's the bottom of the pack and doesn't like that fact so please can anyone help?

Ear

Minnie, Cassie, Midget (grandma's two girl dogs who now live with us)and I went for our year shots at the the vets (Cooper had his earlier in the year when he was due). Midget had to be held down and muzzled by 4 people (she's a Mini Foxy)just so the vet could give her her shot and cut her nails, Minnie and Cassie were well behaved. I didn't need my nails done but the vet did check my ears and the left one (the one I had an op on) has a yucky infection so I'm on drops. The vet said one one ear has it the other one is great I'm on 10 days of drops, poppy does the drops every morning and night like the vet said, mommy has to wipe the outside of my ear 30 mins later just to clean any junk that comes out. I'm being a good girl about mommy cleaning it but try to hide from the drops, mommy gives us all a treat after I get the drops cause she thinks they probly feel yucky and a treat will make it better :)

Leg 2

There were no appointments at the vet, but my leg is feeling so much better. It's still a little sore if I try to play too much so mommy and poppy won't let me play very much. It's so cold here so we have the heater on and mum puts both my blankets on me when I go to bed. :)x

Leg

From mommy Ruby's hurt her back leg poor baby. She's walking around on it, jumped up on dad's bed but yelps when trying to jump on mine. I think she hurt the muscle. She's seems to be feeling alittle better, we're trying to stop her moving around too much. She's resting and only yelps if it gets touched, it's not her hips thank goodness. If she hadn't been walking she would have been rushed to the vet's. It's 8:35pm here she's resting on the couch and as long as she knows mommy or poppy are near by she's happy. Thankfully we have a single story house so the only steps we have is two front and two back, so there's no worrying about Ruby on stairs. Doesn't help it's winter here all 3 pups have warm blankets and the heater is on so it's not too bad. :(

Friday my nanna mummy's mum passed away. We are all heartbroken so if we forget anyones gotcha day or barkday please understand this is why :""""""(

Play

Mommy, Cooper and me were playing chase through the house it's been a while since mommy could play for more the 5 mins without getting out of breathe :)

My oldest aunty

Mommy's biggest sister my aunty Sandie got engaged today the man she's marrying is a wonderful guy, together they have about 9 children Sandie has 6 John has about 3. We are so happy for them both

Cousin Shantel 2

Cousin Shantel left home last night, because she did not like rules the rules here were very basic for her. Her rules were: Keep your room clean, do your homework, shower daily. She's done this walking out before to 2 other people when she didn't get her own way.
