We Got Winter

It snowed!! I have been outside playing ball on the driveway and in the yard. It is so cool! My Mom takes me out when she and my Dad are pushing snow around in the driveway. I don't understand why they do that. If they would just wait I know it will melt in a few weeks or so and in the mean time Dad's truck can drive over it.

Cousin Tucker is here today and Jack and Walter are comming over for a play day. We are going to have a barking good time running around in the back yard chasing cats and other critters that happen by.

Got to run the humans are in the kitchen and they just might drop some food on the floor or maybe give me a treat if I look like I am being neglected. Scottie guilt trips are the best.

Happy 2011 to all!

There's A New Kid In Town

Jackson and his mom came to visit today. They brought another Westie with them. Jackson said it was his new baby brother. He is a cute little devil but boy can he ever get into things he shouldn't. He was into the Christmas tree before mom or his mom could stop him. Jack said he was trying to train him but it was a lot of work. I had a talk with the little dude and told him not to grab my face or he would have more scottie problems than he can handle. My mom told me to be nice to him as he was just little so I will try but let me tell you kids theses days just don't have no respect. More later.
Love as always
Torey

PS: Happy Holidays and all that festive stuff.

It's Over My Head

It has snowed and snowed for the past few days. When I go outside I almost need a plow or snow shoes. Dad made a path for me to get to the yard because these short legs just were not made for the snow. I like the snow and have found a new way to play ball. After Mom and Dad clear the driveway they take me outside to play on the driveway with my big ball. I have lots of fun pushing the ball up the snowbanks and running after it. I am very careful and don't go off the drive because of the road and also because I have trained my humans not to let me go on the sidewalk without a leash.
My brother Jackson is coming to visit tomorrow and I hope we can go for a walk in the park if it doesn't snow again.
I hope everyone has a happy, healthy New Year and remember to look after your humans because without us I am not sure how well they would survive.
Love (in the scottie fashion)
Torey
