Arrival Story: Bruno was rescued from life in a crate, where he was kept outside and wasn't taken out or even taken care of. He was brought to us by a kind neighbor in November 2006, who couldn't stand to see the neglect any longer. He is approximately 4-6 years and a temporary foster said he was very well-behaved in the house. Bruno is calm, quiet and stands very politely to be pet. His leash walking skills are good, he doesn't pull except rarely when he sees something interesting, but he's getting to the point where he doesn't even do that so much anymore. Bruno gets along with some dogs but has some hip problems which are not severe enough for any surgery, but would be too sore if a dog played too rough with him. His favorite pasttime is long walks, getting your attention, and sunbathing!
