Arrival Story:
My mother saw Jasper in a pet store while buying bird food. She had a always wanted a cocker spaniel named Jasper like in the movie "Rebecca". My mother didn't buy Jasper that day. About a month later, my mother went back in the same pet store and to her surprise Jasper was still there and the store owner lowered the price and my mom bought Jasper home!

Bio:
Jasper likes almost everybody. He shakes his booty whenever he is happy. You don't have to say much to him and his tails wags and his butt is shaking back in forth.
