Arrival Story: After being defrauded by well, a fraud, and having my interest in a cattle grazing property taken, I figured a dog was a lot more worthy of my time and energy than this creep (who was not kind to animals). I wanted an older bitch as I was too busy with court stuff to tend to puppy. Everyone said 'don't get a dog, you're life is too up in the air'. I didn't listen. (I didn't listen when they said they didn't like the creep either). But this time they were wrong. I checked the rural press and there was an 18 month old Border Collie described as 'affectionate, gentle and obedient'. So I drove 4 hours north and she was as described. Two years later and she goes everywhere with me and because of her I started a national lobby group for pet-owners' rights call Barking Mad.

Forums Motto: The dog of the Lobby Group Barking Mad
