I'm Okay, You're Okay!

Well, I hope you are okay. I am, anyway, according to my vet. I do have an infection that they could detect in my blood test, but he said that the antibiotic I am already on should clear it up just fine. I'm glad to hear that because I feel so good and even had less business to do today - yay! (Mom: Yay!)

You know what else I forgot to tell you? I got on the scale at the vet's yesterday and I have gained five pounds since I came here to my furever home last summer. I now weigh 18.5 pounds! Mom says that is a good weight for me and I look better than I did when she adopted me. I was really scrawny and looked a lot like Roberto Benigni. I really did. I feel healthy now and will hopefully stay that way for a long time. Mom says my constantly getting all skippy and smiley and nutso just like Roberto Benigni will keep me young for years to come.
