Thanksgiving

We drove up to Dad's sister's house and had dinner with their family, including their old spaniel Regis. It was lots of fun. Regis didn't really play with me, but he was polite and kind. I ate all of his food when no one was looking. At least I thought no one was looking, but later when Mom fed Lexie, I didn't get any so she must have known somehow. How does she do that?
I did get to try a couple tiny bites of turkey and my, was it good! Then Dad's sister took a walk with Mom and Lexie and I. The snow is still on the group, but the walks and roads were clear. Snow is cold, but kinda fun. Lexie doesn't love it, especially when it gets deep. I wonder how deep "deep" is? Lexie says I'll find out soon enough.
I slept most of the hour-long car ride home and will have to get more shut-eye soon. Dad just took us for our bed time walk and now I'm sleepy. I hope everypup had as safe and as happy a Thanksgiving as we did!
