Must get attention

Must catch squirrel

So the dad and his friend were down at the pool in our complex with Baily and me. Since the pool area is fenced in, dad let us off leash to play. All was going well and then I locked on a squirrel across the pool. I took off running and at the last minute realized there was a pool in my way and took a leap. I actually almost made it across the entire pool (I went about 10 feet) until I crashed into the water and swam the remaining couple feet before getting out. Dad wasn't too happy cause he locked me up afterwords. I never did get back to chase the squirrel.

We moved!

To this nice warm place call California. There aren't any dog parks near us so mom now takes us for lots of walks and we get to play chuck it in the parking area everyday! Mom hasn't had to clip our nails once since we got here. She says it is because of all the running we do on cement. Who knew that such fun could lead to no longer having to do my most hated thing! The only bad part is that we have to stay home alone all day since dad isn't here but mom says she is very proud of us because we have gotten over our separation issues and no longer have to be crated during the day. Instead we just wrestle and sleep in the sun :)

Finally!!!

Mom just bought us coats and booties this weekend. Geez we live in Alaska and it took her this whole winter (last year we weren't living with them) to finally buy them!!!
I love my coat but I am not sure about those things that go on my feet. I already managed to loose one of mine.
