Arrival Story:
Joey was just about a year old and I decided I wanted to enlarge my little "family" so I called my breeder and asked for a female puppy out of her next litter. A couple of months later, the breeder called me at work and announced that her younger female had just had the first puppy of the litter and it was a boy. We chatted for a minute then she said, "Wait a minute. Here comes another one." I heard her talking to the mother dog and then she picked up the phone and said, "Congratulations Mom! It's a girl!" I said, "As long as she's healthy, She's MINE!" We laughed for a few minutes and then hung up. 6 days later, I went to see Grracie for the first time. There turned out to be only 2 pups in the litter and when I held her up, my mother (who came with me again) took one look at her and said, "She looks like a little pig!" so Grracie's name was very nearly "Piggy!" It actually took a few more visits worth of saying names to her before she looked up at me when I said, "Grracie?" Now she's almost a year old and she has totally amazed me. She's funny, demanding, naughty, and precious. What an addition!

Bio:
Grracie lives with her Mommy and her big brother, Joey. She goes to Grandma's house 2 days a week and most weekends for play days with Grandma's dog (Joey's littermate) Maxie.
