Arrival Story:
Sasha was bought eleven years ago at the Humane Society in Springfield, MO. She was purchased at the age of 3 months old. Taking her home was of no problem; and getting to know her personality was very quick. She was a big-pawed, little tyke who enjoyed playing with anything she could get her paws on. But mostly loved people.
Training soon began when she had adjusted to her home, and the chaos of a new sibling. During this time she was snapping tie-out cable, chains, and even collars in half and running off. It was very trying to get something strong enough to hold her.
Her training was complete by a year and a half. By then she had birthed her first litter. Little German Shepard x Rott x Black Lab pups.
Bio:
The little pups where given away to a farmer whom promised to take care of them. By that time she was two years old and had birthed another litter. Rott x German Shep x Boxer puppies. Those puppies went to people for free; whomever wanted one got a puppy.
After that, we spayed her; and she became much happier. Then we started getting kittens, and she adopted them, protecting them as well as the family whenever trouble would surface. Very much the guard-dog after dark, and enjoying family get togethers immensely.
Even after being a jail-bird one too many times for running off. Though those days have long passed.
Today, Sasha enjoys the close company of home and the companionship of family. She is 11 years old, and continues to have a healthy, and long life.
Her owner misses her deeply.
