Thank you to all of the pups that left gifts on Kendra's page. That was very thoughtful of you. Please forgive me if I do not respond to you all individually. I can't really talk about this too much right now.
From a post in the Dogster with Aggression Anonymous Group:

First of all, please do not judge our situation. I hope that some of you, having aggressive dogs, will understand. I have not been on Dogster much (our family is usually very active on here) because of what we are going through with Kendra.
Since my last post, she has nearly attacked 3 more people, including a 3 year-old child. Kendra wears a muzzle on walks, or anywhere else, but a child managed to run up to Kendra when my husband was putting her in the car (does not wear muzzle in car). We live in a neighborhood, so there are children everywhere. Kendra was about 2 inches from taking the girl's face off. I have never been so scared.
As many of you know, she has had multiple behaviorists and I have read every book every suggested on here. I have spent more hours working with her, than I probably have studying or attending college classes. She has been my project for almost 3 years now.
Both of her Vets (specialists) and her current behaviorist believe it is time to let Kendra go.
She is very dangerous, and has really shown little improvement in all of this time. She is extremely feraful, and attacks without making a sound. From my research, I can see her subtle signs, but I cannot respond quick enough. We no longer foster dogs (which we loved) because Kendra attacked and scarred the last dog. Sadly, she does not simply give warning bites, but goes for the kill (husband has old injuries from keeping Kendra from getting seriously hurt). She gets so stressed, that she literally sounds like she will have a heart attack. It's like watching a person have a panic attack. We cannot find a medical cause for this.
I have never been more saddened by anything in my life. I contacted every rescue/sacntuary in the state, and none of them have room for her.
We lost Hermia (who I still cannot think about) and Laney (a foster dog) in the last few years. They were both double merles. Hermia had a brain tumor and Laney lost use in both back legs from inbreeding, was deaf, and spent all day running into a wall. I have devoted all of my time and money to caring for sick/abused/handicapped dogs since the age of 17, but after what we have gone through with Kendra, I do not think I could handle ever owning another dog. Laertese and Louie (we have now) I have successfully trained and rehabilitated, and they are the last dogs. There is just too much heartbreak.
Thank you for reading my very long post. I just really need some support.

Update: Kendra went to the Rainbow Bridge.
I learned so much from her, and she will forever be in our hearts.
