Likes: Paper Towels and his 1 yr. old pom/schipperke "sister"
Pet-Peeves: Agressive dogs at the dog park, with their clueless owners. The human takes me home if she spots one.
Favorite Toy: I like my stuffed squeeky milkbone.
Favorite Food: My human's homecooked experiments :D
Favorite Walk: Any!
Best Tricks: Finding the softest spot where ever I am-even if that means a sock on the floor.
Arrival Story: Oni was found as a stray that was turned into Animal Control. Like Trix, I found him using Petfinder. Kinda bad since I was browsing while on my lunch break and skipped out the rest of my shift to check him out! Luckily my boss at the time was a dog lover and excused my absence. When I was there, I was a bit worried since Oni was a bit aloof toward my boyfriend and I, but I figured that maybe he was just acting strange due to his environment. Eventually he did begin to warm up...Oni was the most destructive dog (during his puppy days) I have ever owned, but I did get him during his adolescence stage.
Bio: Even though he was distant when I first met him, Oni is now my social butterfly. At the park, he loves to greet all of the dogs and invite them to chase him. He will also alter his playing style in accordance to his current playing partner :). For some reason though, he has a particular fondness for elderly dogs and dogs would are much larger than himself.
Forums Motto: Small, dark, and handsome ;)

I've Been On Dogster Since:
The human and I had a great day of park hopping. She said that she felt really bad about having to go to work so much that she would spend the whole day with me and Trix. So she decided to take me to the dog parks, and Trix to the human parks.
At the first park we went to, there were many other dogs there. My lady is always weary of the park when it is busy-but since it was an off peak day and time, she decided to take her chances. Everyone was really nice and almost all of the dogs were great fun. There was one dog that didn't look like it wanted to be there, but all of us left her alone.
We went to the forbidden park next. My human really didn't want to go, but I started to whine as we were coming close to it. My lady let me into the park, but she noticed that there were two less than friendly dogs there-so she immediately called me back and we walked around the outside of the park. When we got near the entrance again, the mean dogs were leaving and I was able to go back into the park to play!
The last park that I went to is also a park that I go to when it is empty, but for a different reason. At this park, everyone keeps there dogs in a close heel at ALL times and treat the park like its a leashed park. I'm really good at staying with my human, but I really like to play with other dogs too. I was so tired by the time we got here though, that I was just sniffing around and laying in the cool grass.
So, like Trix stated we are visiting the grandparents. I found some really fun piles of branches to explore in and I got myself all sticky!
Well, my lady's mother locked me out today and when my owner come home-boy did she pitch a fit! Before I knew it she took me into the backyard and put cooking oil on me. I was beginning to think that since I was sweet maybe she was planning on cooking me! I wanted to taste it but my lady wouldn't let me :(, Trix got a bit of a taste though. Lucky dog!
After that mom lathered me up and rinsed me out a few times-all the while mumbling words that I only hear when that really tall human that I adore does his guilty face.
Now i'm clean, but my fur doesn't look right :(. I'm afraid that the human is going to try grooming me again tomorrow...
