Arrival Story:
Found him in a garbage dumpster on a construction site, about 3-4 weeks old, skinny, bad fur, in about 6 inches of rain water. (I remember it rained for like 5 straight days that week.
Thats why he's named Oscar, Oscar in the garbage can on Sesame street.
