my blue loofa dog (RIP), tennis balls, rope toy, ice cubes, leaves and sticks in the yard, stuffie toys, and chasing my red laser light!

Favorite Food:
Old Mother Hubbard biscuits, Frosty Paws,pig ears, and the occasional bite of whatever Mom or Dad have! Yum-O!

Favorite Walk:
The park: where there are lotsa dogs and the lake: to go swim! I love being outside!

Best Tricks:
I can sit , lay down, shake, roll over and even do down-stays! If you ask me, "What's on top of a house?", I will bark (ROOF - get it?). I am a Basic Obedience class graduate!

Arrival Story:
I am the first puppy that my Mom and Dad picked out together! They did research online and found a great golden retriever breeder who really cares about the breed and his dogs. I first met Mom and Dad when I was only three days old! They love me a lot and wouldn't change anything, but now they know how important it is to adopt (from a shelter or a rescue). It is possible to find wonderful dogs (even purebreds) at rescues and shelters!

Bio:
Everypup always wants to know how I got my name! Well my Mom and Dad are originally from Iowa and big fans of the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. There mascot is Herky the Hawk! Before I was even picked out, my daddy had a name for me!
