I love walking around the block in my hood, getting my "run on" at the local elementary school, or going to the local dog park (C Bar C or Bear Dog).

Best Tricks:
'gimme your paw' - down - sit - stay - leave it - and ... drumroll please... the 'come' command. Whoo Hoo!

Arrival Story:
January 2009 Update: Now I am 2, all growed up, and lovin life! I got a new brother this year, named ~Brody~. Look him up, cuz he is a cutie cutie!! He has the same dam/sire that I have, so we are really brothers! Anywoof, my mom says I am a wonderful, beautiful boxer! She lavishes me with kisses and hugs, and knows just the right places to scratch and pet me! I love to snuggle, play ball with my brother, run like the wind, and look at my mom with my deep brown eyes. She is a sucker for them! Dad says that my eyes let me get away with murder! Well, I have not actually murdered anyone, but you know what I mean… I am very protective of my family and home. I do not bark much (great boxer trait!) but when I feel that danger is afoot, I am right on the j.o.b.! Mom loves it! But she is really careful to let me know when all is well. I am suspicious of new people, but warm up to them once mom and dad let me know that they are good people. I am still learning not to jump on people, and mom and dad are working hard with me on this. I am doing a lot better, but still have some learning to do! Well, that is all for now. Please drop a n0te to say hello!! Woof!!! October 2007 Update: Now that I am a bigger boy (10 months), I thought I would give you an update. Life is pure bliss for me, thank you very much! I love to snuggle with my mom in the mornings before she goes to work, and greet her with reckless abandon when she gets home. I love playing with my Welsh Cardigan Corgi brother, Benny. He is the best buddy a dog could ever have! We love to tear our toys apart, and dig for China in the backyard. Mom and Dad were not too pleased with that, but we have been forgiven and only do it when they are not watching! Woof!!! ;) And, Mom sure loves it when I get into "Protector" mode. Even though I go for walks and the dog park, and am familiar with everyday "people" noises, I know when danger is near and assert myself to save the day! I think Mom painted a big letter "S" on my back (she calls me Superdog!) March 2007 - My first day home: My family adopted me at the tender age of 10 weeks from a great breeder - Obispo's Studly Shire in Fairfield California. I am their first dog and they are absolutely in love with me! I was the big kid of the litter, so nobody wanted me. My new mom said "the bigger, the better". She just couldn't resist my sweet face and calm demeanor. (My brothers and sisters were off the charts with energy.) She swaddled me in a nice warm blanket, placed me on her lap, and off we went for the long drive to my new home. (Dad did the driving.) It has been heaven ever since!

Bio:
I live in sunny California (Sacramento area). I would love a play date with any local boys/girls! Woof!
