My First Day on Dogster!!!!

July 4

Today my mom, aunt and grandma took me to a 4th of July parade. I don't love big crowds, so I got a bit agitated, but I liked the walk. My mommy dressed me up in the colors of the flag and I looked really cute :)

My dad came over and helped give me a bath. I like him but he doesn't like to get my hair on his clothes and won't pick me up! He takes me running sometimes, though!!!

Day 1

Hi there Everybody!
My name is Blakeley. I'm a 6 year-old half Dalmation, half Am Staff, and I was a rescue doggie until my mom came to take me home. The nice people at petfinder.org found me walking by the side of a highway one day five years ago--luckily I was too pretty to be homeless for long, and these days I'm ten pounds heavier (maybe a bit too "curvy"...!), happy, playful and never home by myself.

I love to destroy plush toys, eat peanut butter and nap in a pink arm chair by the window. I also love running with my dog friends at the park.
