I miss my mommy

One day life is wonderful, it's just me and mommy and china playing and then when mommy goes to work i get a little lonely so i bark at everyone that rides by the apartment. the neighbors complain about me but i don't understand because there are so many dogs around here GIANT DOGS TOO!! Dogs that go on my front steps ( i don't even do that!!) and so mommy had to take me away to grandma and grandpa's house until her and daddy could move this august. this would be all good and wonderful but mommy has been really sick lately because her face has gotten really big and i couldn't even give her kisses and she cried all the time. now she went to some man grandma said was a surgeon and her face is getting smaller and she's smiling now. i still can't kiss her or see her but when she talks i can understand her now. i just miss my mommy and unfortunately the move-in date for us and daddy is going to be pushed off another month...i miss mommy but i think she misses me more for some reason...

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!

I am so excited! Today is my first birthday. My mommy came home and brought me a nice blue mylar balloon that says "birthday boy". I was so excited I jumped around that balloon trying to get to it and when I finally did it got caught on my leg and now I'm afraid of it. It's exciting to have my birthday on the 4th of July and I can't wait to get gifts from my gradparents, aunts and uncles. Hopefully mommy got the hint that I wanted that chewtoy from Petsmart that I grab everytime we go through the isle.
