Arrival Story:
We dog sat our neighbor's 4 dogs. 1 pug, 2 rat terrier puppies, and a senior springer. I was instantly in love with the pups. They were so fun and happy. When I picked them up and put them on my lap, they calmed right down. I adored them:) I looked up more about the breed after taking care of them that weekend. I found out that if they are raised with other animals they think of them as family. So they are good with cats and birds, etc. Wow! I liked that idea. Our neighbor wanted to get a second pug and her husband said if that was the case she had to get rid of one of their two rat terrier puppies. My husband said we would take one, much to my surprise. We had to put one of our dogs to sleep a couple months before. My husband had been very attached to him and took the loss very hard. Well it ends up that it didn't look like they were going to get another pug. Which meant no puppy for us. Being the internet junkie I am, I starting looking for a pug;) I went to craigslist, Madison.com, the Rockford Register Star site, petfinder, even googled them. I found one that I thought would be good. About the same age as theirs, but male and black not fawn and female. I printed out the ad and my husband hung it on their door. The next afternoon my husband opened up the backdoor and yelled for me. He said "here's your dog" and put a puppy down. The neighbors went to look at the pug a few hours away. They ended up getting him! They loved him and so did their other pug. It was a perfect fit! And we got Frank:) So everything worked out just as it should.

Bio:
Frank was bought by our neighbors with his brother at an FFA auction!

Forums Motto:
Here I am!

You got to love me, love me! I am just so cute, I have everyone wrapped around my little paw, hehehe. Well, except for the cats. They think it's quite rude of me to eat their soft food.
