Arrival Story:
Katie was adopted after a horrible car accident where she suffered broken back legs - a wonderful vet and assistants fixed her up instead of putting her to sleep, and we became the custodians Katie. At the time, our collie Nevada became a surrogate mother to Katie, and the rest is history. Katie healed and is still going strong at 10, (although her birthdate is a guess). Katie - started life as the runt of the litter and became the grand queen of the house.
