Well after a week of hearing 'You don't even know" from mom and dad -I finally know! Dad woke up this morning about 730. It was a normal Saturday morning...Mom woke up a few minutes later and both of them piddled around like they normally do. Then about 8 -mom and dad were done with their baths(yuck...I hate baths) they started putting on outside clothes...socks, shoes and coats...I was very sad. I thought that they were leaving us again. They aren't supposed to leave us on Saturdays and Sundays unless it's important. (Shopping, going to dinner, the movies, friends house.)
All of the sudden mom said to me "Remi, you don't even know!" Then dad got out harnesses! I knew we were going to the DOG PARK!! We got in the truck and we passed the dog park..."WHAT THE HECK!" Then we drove forever on this HUGE ROAD!!! There were these giant trucks way bigger than dads on the road. Dad called them tractor trailers...er whatever. I was so curious about where we were going. Me and Kayleigh decided to just relax and enjoy the scenery. We had never seen that part of Birmingham. We went up side a little mountain and down all these narrow country roads to this great big farm. We drove in between two big barns and there it was!!! THE COOLEST PLAY FEILD I HAVE EVER SEEN! There were jumps and teeter totters and A-Frames and tunnels. It was so cool. There were about 8 other pups there too. One of them was really mean and kept trying to get Kayleigh and me. I told him to knock it off and that my dad taught me how to fight and if he kept it up he'd be drinking kibble thru a straw. (Gotta stand up for yourself.)
Anyway...we started and the nice lady started going over the agenda and the rules. Next thing I knew, all us pups were lined up and the nice lady Diane had her assistant Dee set up a tunnel. Mommy let Diane hold my lead and mommy went to the other end holding a treat , I was supposed to run thru the tunnel. I didn't know that -I tried to run around and then Diane told me to run "thru"...so I did. I got treats and praise (my favorite things). We kept doing it. Diane and Dee would change the shape and the curve and the length of the tunnel. No problem...I RAN RIGHT THRU IT. Everytime (cept the time mommy dropped the lead early). I like the tunnel.
Then Diane made us line up on the other side of the field and we were gonna do what she called a "recall". Mommy stood at the other end of the field while Dee held my lead. Mommy called my name and held a treat and I ran to her as fast as I could...but I saw a leaf out of the corner of my eye and seeing as you absolutely CAN NOT trust any leaf, I had to check it out. So I ditched running to mom and ran after the leaf instead. Mommy chased me and we lined up again(I never even got the leaf). Mommy got out of line and then walked me outside the training area and I went potty. We got back in line and I did my second recall PERFECTLY!
We practiced for a long time. There were quite a few dogs that were having trouble. So they did some more practice at the end of the session. Last thing we did was something called clicker. Mommy just walked around and made a clicking noise with a little box and gave me treats...weird. Mommy and daddy talked to some other people and their pups (except the mean one, I tried to be his friend, but he was scared or something...dad said nevermind, he'll come around). I just didn't want him hurting my sister. Anyway, we got our home work and we left. Going back home mom and dad got a chicken sandwhich from a building with a cool sliding window on it...humans got it so good. Then we were on our way back home. Mom stopped in the leasing office to tell the nice girls in there about it (they love their dogs alot too). Then mom and dad stopped at the Dog Park and we got to run! Mom and Dad worked with me and Kayleigh with the clicker. (she will be starting Agility soon too). Kayleigh learned it so quick!! We both did recall and we both reacted correctly when Mom and dad "charged the clicker."
Mom and Dad brought us home after about an hour and a half. Its a good thing, I was beat. Dad took some pictures and he is dissappointed in them. He said his camera is old and he will have to buy a new one...so these pictures aren't that great but he is going to shop for a new camera this week and next weekends pictures will be MUCH BETTER.
I hope you enjoy reading about our day and how exciting Agility was for me. Have fun everyone...talk to you soon.

Well Mom and Dad brought us down first thing this morning. Kayleigh and I played for about 2 hours and we were so beat from yesterday we got tired real quick.
We didn't get to see Dixie...that made me sad. But dad told me to keep my chin up..He said to play hard to get and don't make it seem like I like her so much...if I do it'll seem like I am weird and desperate. (which I am)...but I guess I will listen (don't have a choice really).
Anyway, mom and dad had some shopping to do so they did that while me and K took a nap. They brought home food...I like food. And whole bunch of treats and toys for us..They even got us new t-shirts. Mine is cool its a tank top its very sporty.
Oh well thats our day. Will write later.

Mom and Dad took me and Kayleigh to the park today and we were there about 2 hours when some people came up and they had their dog...SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!.
I introduced myself right away and tried to show her all the places that I have run in the park and some of my favorite paths to run and my spots I like to...well anyway. Kayleigh tried to hog Dixie all to herself. But that didn't work cuz she liked me better. And I played chase and we took turns finding sticks and raced. I was so much fun...Mom and Dad said we were down their about 5 hours! Thats the longest we have ever been down there.
Mom and Dad a good time too talking to Dixies parents. Dad said they were cool and Mom really liked them too.
They said they might come back tomorrow...we had to go cuz dad is a whimp and doesn't like the cold. Mom said next time he needs to bring a jacket. Anyway I will write later and tell you what happened.
