Today is Friday and it's dada's day off so as usual we sleep in late.I was trying to wake up dada at about 10:00 am when the door bell rang.Dada woke up and opened the door.Well it was the handy man.
He was there to fix the plumbing in the master toilet and put new light bulbs in my Toilet.he finished his work in about an hour and left.Rest of the the day was as a usual Friday.
Late afternoon mom & dada decided to go out to buy somethings from the supermarket.They left me at home and I decided to engage in a well deserved nap.
I drank some water and assumed my favorite spot for a cool nap.I don't know how much time had passed when I heard a crashing sound coming out of my toilet.
OMD! I wonder what that is...*thinking* I decided to investigate.I got up cautiously sniffing the air,two steps front,one step back.
I got closer & closer to the door my heart is pounding .I nudged the door open , OMD!!! the glass cover of the light fixture on the ceiling had come crashing down.
Apparently the handy man had done a lousy job.
There was glass everywhere.Luckily I wasn't in the toilet at that time doing my business...bol!
Ok,so what do I do now? *I think to myself* Will mom & dada think I had something to do with this? Oh don't be silly...I wouldn't reach the ceiling anyways. So, then I decided to warn mom & dada when they get home.
After awhile they are back and I am jumping (of course not as usual) trying to tell mom somethings up. I hear dada tell mom that ( Lassie is behaving differently ).Then when mom goes inside she screams (OH MY GOD!no,no,no)and immediately comes to check me out (she found the broken glass)!Mom & dada checks my mouth,head,body,hands,feet ...etc(paws).
I try to tell mom that I'm fine by giving them lot's of kisses.*mom tells dada that (Lassie is truly a good girl) she didn't try to be nosy and hurt herself, Bless her!

Hi every body. Party was great what time I got to spend. Hubrother didn't have to work late and he got on the pooter. Mom didn't have the heart to ask for it cause he hardly ever gets time to use it. A year ago, I never would have imagined that we will be celebrating today as this marks our First
DOGGIE CONNECTIONAnniversary!!!
I like to specially thank my co-Admins Buddy ,Maggie, Mollie, Poana and Sadie for all their hard work and support specially when I was away on vacation, they worked really hard to keep the group together and always keep thing exciting.
To all Doggie Connection members for making DC for what it is… . A fun place to be at.DC would not be what it is with out each and every one of you.
I thank you all for being a part of DC and making it so special place.
Cheers To Dogster for giving each and every one of us a place that is close to our hearts no matter how far we are from each other paws up to you!!!

at 2:30 pm we went to the kennel to drop Lassie.They have given her frontline and she now weights 33.2 kg. :(( I have taken lots of photos and wanted upload the photos but when I transfer the photos ....its all blank :-O:((::o I'm really upset I don't know whats wrong!
OMD! its hard not to cry :(( but we manage to keep our cool while we are inside with Lassie.when we are walking out of the kennel both of us are so sad then we look at each other and we are both crying.|:| we left the Lassie in the kennel at around 3:30pm when we open the door there is no lassie waiting at the door.:?:?
The house is so empty and oh gosh, Im not sure what am I writing right now. I dont have strength right now and we have to finish our shopping and packing and all. We really pray that she will be ok and happy there.
She have her own a/c big bed and biggest room in the kennel.we have taken the phone no. of the care taker so we can check Lassie anytime.we ask a friend to visit lassie every week.Hope and pray all goes well.

You need to have a bit of patience with a Virgo dog as these animals can be very picky! Finicky is their middle name, especially at mealtime. Be sure to feed them simple food and to do it at the same time, every time. The Virgo pooch is also prone to hypochondria, so they'll forever be wincing or yelping about this or that. Get used to it! That said, it can be easy to care for this dog if what you need is a stable routine. The Virgo pup will enjoy being walked at the same time every day and will appreciate its usual route, thank you very much. These animals are also neat and clean, so see to it that you clean up their mess as if it were your own bathroom. The Virgo dog will not expect new toys as it is much more fond of its well-worn staples. They also have a great attention to detail, something that makes them good guard animals. While the Virgo canine can seem demanding at times, it's only because they know what they want and are counting on you to give it to them. Keep things simple and consistent, and you'll both be smiling that irresistible smile!

Thank God! We finally found a place for me to stay (boarding kennel). Today, mom & dada went out to give the money for deposit for my boarding and ordered an ID tag for me (bone shape) red my favorite color. I love pink too but it's not available...mom told me that they met a bulldog name fatty! She peed all over the place ...bol!
The boarding facilities available 24 hour professional veterinary care is available to ALL animals Boarding. A vet checks all animals daily for health and well-being.
For dogs there are purpose built, fully air-conditioned, spacious and bright kennels. During the Summer a shade net is put over the communal exercising area.
The dogs are walked/ exercised 6 times daily while under supervision. Upon admission, all dogs are treated with an anti-tick product (frontline). Dogs are also bathed once a week. We think that what happened in the 1st kennel happened for a reason and it's a good sign.The day (May 19) that I am supposed to have my trial boarding and I got rejected ...The weather is so bad (Sandstorm) mom wanted to cancel the trial boarding that day.We realized that day that the kennel is not enclosed space when it is sandstorm it's not a good thing.
