Arrival Story:
We found Skeeter through an advertisement in the paper right before Christmas. We went to select one of the puppies and found the cutest little runt of the litter. We fell in love and no other would do. Skeeter became very attached to me and when anyone else would hold him, he would whine for me. That was cute for awhile. As he grew, he entertained us all by his funny antics. He loved anyone who walked in the door, but really didn't like it when they left the house. He would follow them out, nipping at their heels. He sure was a funny dog. He gave us many years of companionship and fun. He became ill when he was 13 yrs old and had to be put to sleep. We really do miss him. I vowed to not have anymore animals, but there was too much emptiness around here. We finally decided that animals will always be a part of our lives. Look up Cody! His silly ways brought back some joy and reminders of Skeeter.

Bio:
When Skeeter didn't like something, he would totally ignore us! He'd come in front of us and sit with his back to us. I'd say, "what's the matter Skeeter?" He would just sit there and act like no one was talking to him. When he went to Rainbow Bridge, I would put flowers on his grave in the back yard and everyday for several months I would go out there and a little frog would appear. He would hop up to Skeeter's grave and turn his back to me and ignore me, just like Skeeter did! It was like Skeeter was still saying, "Ha, ha, Mom.....I can still ignore you!" He was such a funny, macho pup!

Here are the rules of the game:

I'm supposed to think of 7 things about myself, and then I am to write them down in a list.

Next I'm supposed to Tag 7 of my furiends, letting them know, either by pawmail or rosette, that they have been Tagged and to read the rules in my Diary if they choose to play.

Sounds like fun to me! I'm honored to be included in a game of Tag! Here are seven things about me.....

1. I loved my Mom more than anything in the world!

2. I didn't like Dad getting really close to Mom. My bad! :o}

3. I loved to chew up my toys, especially stuffies and get it all over the floor.

4. I loved to act really macho and wasn't afraid to go after big dogs. As far as cats go, hmmm.....they have long claws and I learned to respect them.

5. I loved to chase squirrels and "almost" catch them. Hey, what would I do with them if I caught them? BOL!

6. About four months before I went to the Bridge I finally became friends with my big lab cousin. He was actually nice and let me sleep on him.

7. Now I love all furs and understand that I was a little too aggresive toward my Dad when I was alive on earth. Sorry Dad.

Hmmm... okay! Now the hard pawt! Choosing just 7 furiends to join me in this game of Tag!
