Arrival Story:
Recently our beloved Tappy a minuture wirehaired Daschund who we rescued from a breeder had developed a maglianant tumor and had to be put to sleep. Although we were not ready for a dog. Our kids terribly missed having their beloved companion the kids had been raised with Tappy. Most surprisling of all even though Tappy was about 5 yrs old when we had gotten her and been a kennel breeder dog. She accailmated well to the kids and the family. Her tempermant and demeanor were great. She never once snipped at the kids or became agigitated with them. We did not want to replace Tappy we simply wanted a new companion for the kids that they could grow up with. At first we just wanted to look and really had no intentions of adopting immediately. My husband and I started to research dog breeds that would fit our family dynamics. We thought about resucing a dog or going to the local animal shelter. Then we came across what they call a designer breed the "cavapoo" a mix between king charles cavalier spaniel and minituare poodle. Due to my kids allergies and to minimize the shedding we thought this was the perfect breed for us. We went online and with hesitation found a breeder on OK who had a picture of Lizzy online her name was Grace and she was on "sale" because she was all black. We just fell in love and took a chance and adopted her. It was the best decision we made she has been healthy so far and is more than what we expected. She fit right into our family.

Hello Everyone,
Wow it has been over a year since I wrote in my online diary. Well alot has changed in my doggy days. We are no longer living in Sunny florida. Dang I miss that now my paws get cold because we live up north. Well hopefully soon I will be back otherwise I will have to get doggy snow boots. I just posted my Christmas 2008 picture that I took with my sibling Sancho ( a Havanese). I hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year's Woof!!!!

It has been a while since my mommy has let me write in here. Well I am now 1 yr old and the new picture is of me at Halloween. I got a wonderful groom and I am happy I love traveling in the car. I love spending time with my family in the car especially when I go visit the pet store where I am always given treats. This entry is brief and short because I was promised I would be allowed to come on more often see everyone later.

The PETCO grand opening competition

On Sunday September 16, 2007 my human sister Ava and me won the owner look a like contest. Of course Mommy did not enter me my mom's friend and her sister Riley's mommy entered us. I really think the only reason we won was that I am too cute for words. Well we do have similarites we both have curly hair. You just know everyone just drools over our curls. Needless to say we I won a $10.00 gift card to PETCO. Yum I am dreaming of treats and treats and treats. That is all for now!!!!!
