My favorite thing in the world is chasing my new puppy sister, Secret, around in the yard and wrestling with her. Squeeky toys are also tops on my list! I love the noises they make! It reminds me of when I tackle mom in the yard and she squeels!

i love my sister secret! she is my toy of choice! other than that, if it squeeks! i need it!

i love nutro and pig ears and chicken jerky! and i have a new love! fresh tomatoes!! i pick them myself!

after the long 2 weeks of my early life, walking up and down the road, i love my fenced yard.. i am safe and happy there!!!

i can shake with both paws, sit, lay down play frisby and tackle my mom and secret!
Arrival Story:
This is a miracle story. My Real Momma, was a Walker Hound (that is what I am, too, BUT Walker hound was not listed on our pull down breed list..sigh...)Anyway, My momma had escaped her master who used her to chase Deer. No one could catch her..she was free as a butterfly on the wind! About 6 weeks after she had me, someone set a trap and caught Momma. Momma yelled at me to run! and I did! I was afraid and lost. I had no one. several people tried to catch me, but I had never been around people, even my Mom now saw me, and tried to catch me..but I remembered what my Momma said.."RUN!".. so I did. I had no food and ate gravels that smelled good, and anything i could find, like wrappers people would throw out of the car. Well, it was almost 2 weeks since my Momma was gone, I was sooooo hungry and weak..my Mom Now saw me, walking in front of her house. My Mom Now was determnined to help me. Mom ran to me, then slowed down. I ran away from her to the trees by the canal where she had just tried to catch me a few days before. (Mom Now gave up that day, cause she was afraid an alligator was lurking in the weeds where I was!) So now here comes Mom Now.. I back up to a tree.. I can't move any more. I didn't know what this person was going to do to me, but i was so lonely and tired and hungry. My mom started putting pieces of a porkchop in front of me. WOW! this was so good, i started easing closer to my Mom. She kept giving me food. I was taking it from her fingers so gently, even though I was starving. I ate the whole pork chop up! Mom reached down and picked me up. I collapsed in her arms..sleeping and feeling safe again. That is how i found my Mom...1 month before hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana! I was a lucky lucky girl!.
