he still loves his walks from my father the best which he gets sometimes when we go home to see them, but he enjoys the backyard.

Arrival Story:
I adopted Mickey from the Cherokee County Sheltar when I was much younger. I was looking for a smaller dog since my lab was to big to be an inside dog (parents wouldnt let her in). I didn't see Mickey when I walked by since he was in a section off to the corner my mother pointed him out to me. Took Mickey outside to play and then decided on getting him I don't think I noticed his eye at the time (The vets spectulate he injured his eye as a puppy). Now with his age he can no longer see out of it and 2 years ago the vet opened it a little bigger in case he ever has an infection it will be easier to treat. Mickeys always been a happy go lucky dog and somehow can see more then the other 3 in this house... he definately doesn't let having one eye hold him back!

Bio:
Just in the past year Mickeys energy has definately increased he spends his time mostly outside playing. Mickey used to be around 11-12.5lbs, but being on the Orijen dog food hes now 9.4lbs and the healthiest hes ever been in his life! :)
