Birthday: October 3rd 2005 Likes: she loves to play ball Favorite Toy: grape fruit fresh from the tree Favorite Food: natural choice Best Tricks: catching balls and grapefruits Arrival Story: I grew up with German Shepherds in Germany and since i came to Florida in 1990 i always wanted a German Shepherd again. I saw an ad in the paper about new born German Shepherd Puppies at a local breeder. At that time we had two dogs already. Brittaney and Teddy Bear. Both dogs i found showing homes (i am a Realtor) and the owners just moved out and left the dogs behind. So i took them home. To convince my husband that i really would like to have one more dog and that needs to be a German Shepherd, was not easy. But at least i was able to get him to come with me to look at the puppy, knowing he will not say no once he sees her. Well he fall in love with her. We signed the contract for the 1 week old puppy and unfortunatly the breeder had the price for Ghia on the contract. My husband saw the price and his only comment was "Alright but you don't say a word when i go and buy my new welder" We had a deal. Brittaney is a Golden Retriever/Collie Mix and with almost 16 years of age still with us, Teddy Bear was a St. Bernard/Chow Mix and unfortunatley we lost him shortly after Ghia came home. That was when we decided we will go and get another Shepherd. Bio: My husband and i love old Volkswagens, we have several we rescued and restored.
