I saw him at a dog show and had to have him.

Bio:
Andrew is 9.75" tall and weights in at 4.5 lbs. He is white and sable. Andrew is my little, lap dog. He makes everyone feel like they are the most special person in the world to him. When people pet him, he can't just sit there. . . he has to roll on his back or put his head on their shoulder so that if there was any part of the person that hadn't melted already, these techniques are sure to do the trick. Andrew is an abosolut love bug, but he is also a bit naughty. . . he is the only one who will sometimes try to disobey and he does it so well, that you can't be mad at him.
