Quick Bio:

Likes:
Licking legs, faces, ears... human or canine... doesn't really matter, but the saltier the better!

Pet-Peeves:
That gentle leader thingie, and that PetSmart will allow me in but Target won't.

Favorite Toy:
My friend Bailey -- way better than stuffed toys because she wrestles back! Still, she squeaks if I squeeze her just right.

Favorite Food:
Eggs -- one of the only foods dad will share. I really like pepperoni, but don't get it often. Dad once used it to help me get over my fear of stairs. For snacks, gimme sticks, socks, & curtains. When I was a kid, it was baseball gloves & chair legs.

Favorite Walk:
Pocahontas State Park -- it's a short drive, and I can run naked through the streams! (Keep away from dad is even more fun when wet!)

Best Tricks:
My dad is such a sucker -- all I have to do is let him place a treat on my snout, wait for him to say 'OK', then snatch it out of the air! It's so easy, and he just keeps the treats coming! (Plus, this guy will pick up my potties anywhere!)

Arrival Story:
I used to be part of a great family, but they started talking about more little humans coming soon. One day, this strikingly handsome yet modest human (I only say that in case dad reads this) showed up, took me for a car ride, and I decided I'd just stick with him to make it easier on my first family. As an added bonus, I met my best friend Bailey as a result.

Bio:
My new human grandparents love me! They live way out in the mountains where it's cooler, and it's so much fun to visit. Gramma gives me way more goodies than dad. Plus, gramma loves to walk and play "chase the broom". Grampa loves to talk in a funny voice to me. I don't really understand him sometimes, but I'm sure he means well. Dad says something about grampa taking treatments, and I can tell he doesn't always feel well, so I like to give grampa extra special lickies.

Maury River Fiddlers Convention

This past weekend, Bailey and I went with dad and his friend Jack to the Maury River Fiddlers Convention. What a fun time being in the mountains again! There were lots of other cool dogs (and some little barky ones too) there. Dad would take us on long walks in the morning and evening, and I got to see lots of deer (but dad wouldn't let me chase any... hmmmph.) After dark, Bailey and I would retire to the camper. (Boy, does Bailey ever snore!) Dad and Jack would leave and not come back until way late -- not sure what was happening, but there was lots of music coming from the campground.

The most fun, though, was on Sunday when they were packing up. Because there weren't many people left, dad let me and Bailey run free through the campground. Much to dad's surprise, Bailey and I were able to find a big mud hole _just_ before we were getting in Jack's truck. Dad tried to wipe us down good, but I think we still got Jack's truck dirty -- hope he didn't mind! I gave Jack lots of lickies on the ride back just in case.
