My last family surrendered me to a horrible high kill shelter and I got really sick there. The nice people at Safe Haven Humane society came and took me to their shelter when my time was up.
Little did I know that Daddy had been looking for another doggie for a long time and was determined to save a life rather than get another puppy. My guardian angel sent Daddy to me because he knew that this was meant to be.
Daddy came and got me the same day I got to Safe Haven. The nice shelter lady was kinda looking at Daddy like he was a kook because as soon as he saw me he started crying and I knew that I wanted to have a forever home with him. I was barking up a storm 'roo roo roo' Please come get me mister!
Daddy took me home and I met my new sister Elsa. I love her and Daddy more than anything in the whole world. Daddy says the same thing about me and sissy. She's a little bossy but thats OK.
I had bronchial pneumonia because no one treated my kennel cough when I came down with it. Daddy and my uncle Mark got me all better though. It cost Daddy a lot of money but he tells me that he wouldn't have not let me get well...no matter what it cost.
