Arrival Story: One sunny Sunday afternoon, my mom asked me to go shopping with her. We spent a couple of hours going store to store and then went home. Upon entering the house, I found my husband outside with our bulldog, Mona, and our basset hound, Moose...but they were not alone. Frolicking with our two pups in the yard was Magnus, a surprise for my 30th birthday from my husband. Bio: Years ago, in high school and college, my husband worked at the local PetCo. One of their regular customers always brought in his huge bulldog, Bull Slayer. This was the dog that first got my husband interested in bulldogs. When he decided to get a new pup for my birthday, he decided to try and track down Bull Slayer. He found the breeder, but unfortunately Bull Slayer had died of old age the year prior. However, as luck would have it, Bull Slayer's daughter had just had a litter of pups and from those my husband chose our "little" Magnus.
